- No Smoke/Alcohol
- Do Exercise regularly
- Half stomach food (reduce carbs)
- Eat when hunger
- Doing all these if not reducing follow below
- If not reaching cells.. due to metabolism
- No tea coffee with milk
- Morning Empty stomach - Bottle guard half remove skin + Ginger(Dry ginger) + lemon + turmeric + salt
- 11 am - Butter milk watered + Drumstick leaves powder + salt +
- Evening tea time - Hot water + [finger size Cylon pattai + 10 kirambu + 5 Elakkai - powder ]. don't use rolled pattai (if BP is there, sem paruthi poo powder) + Ginger (or sukku)
- Before sleep - Keelaa Nelly - cleans liver - after food 30 mins (if you have blood thinner tablets .. consult doctor) Hot water + 1 spoon
